Lover and promoter of women, Chris Brown, has beat the system yet again, only this time it wasn’t by crying his way into being slapped on the wrist for blackening an eye, he got out of 95 of his asinine 117 parking tickets. His defense? The parking spaces were assigned to his apartment before he even moved in. I know what the logical person inside of you is thinking, “Yeah, but they’re still marked with a big ass blue and white sign. If I even think about parking in a handicapped spot, my ass is looking at a no questions $300 fine.” My advice to you? Go punch Rihanna in the face, play the victim, terrorize your neighbors, and waste everyone’s time at the VMA’s.
