Who doesn’t love meat?
Well coming up June 11th and 12th is the 9th Annual Big Apple BBQ featuring 16 of the country’s most well known names in BBQ, including 4 of our own from Hill Country, Dinosaur-Bar-B-Que, Rack & Soul, and Blue Smoke.
This meat-topia will happen at Madison Square Park from 11am-6pm both days and includes not only meat, but desserts and an array of drinks as well. There will also be seminars to watch and a line up of live music. Admission is free with only $8 per plate, $4 per dessert, and $2-$6 dollars for drinks.
If you are extra meat-venturous you can always grab the fast pass priced at $125.00 dollars- $100 of which is redeemable towards food, drinks and merchandise. It also guarantees express lines for the fast pass holder and a guest. This actually maybe worth it if split between two friends.
There is also a ParkPass, which is worth $500 ($100 of it is tax deductible) and allows you a VIP Hospitality tent with a buffet of all the BBQ , beverages, and desserts. The money goes towards the Madison Square Park Conservancy. So if your rich hurry up and grab one of these since there is only 30 passes available!
