So my boss stopped by my desk the other day with a book entitled, “The Hyena & Other Men”. This is some wild shit if you ask myself! So in Nigeria there is a family that have tamed/trained Hyena’s, Baboons, and big ass snakes. When I first looked at the picture on the cover I wasn’t that impressed because the Hyena has a mussle on, but as I got into the book I realized he clearly only has the mussle on to protect others. Not himself. They showcase brilliant pictures. Every single one of them made me think for a good 3 minutes before I could turn the page. The craziest thing to me is one of the guys 6 year old daughters is like the ultimate tamer. She can walk right up to them, unmussled, and climb on their back and ride them like a pony.
They go on to explain that she is cured from all creatures. She has no fear. In the pictures you can clearly see this is fact, as she holds a huge snake with a head the size of hers up to her face like shes snuggling with a stuffed animal. Same with the baboons.
