Today’s song of the day is “Clap Song” by The stationary Set. I saw these guys recently over at Cameo Gallery and they were definitely better live than in their videos.
You know what they remind me of? If you took a needle and withdrew all the cool juice from Death Cab and then did the same with The Postal Service and injected it evenly into five jazzy/funky cats, then let it marinate. BOOM! Some mother “fudgin” Stationary Set! Long night, I’m in a silly mood as you can tell. Enjoy!
